Hiya, Drunkies!

What a weird night. Since everything in life is a chain reaction (A leads to B leads to C … leads to A in the occasional Star Trek episode), let me start from the beginning.

  1. Mike loses his cell phone last week.
  2. Mike goes to the apartment of his friend Ashley because he lost her phone number with the phone.
  3. Steve decides to go visit a friend who lives in the apartment next door.
  4. We go to retrieve Steve and he makes us go into his friends apartment to see how disgustingly dirty it is.
  5. Two weird, unknown girls are there who just strolled in. They con Mike into driving them to the Mumford bus terminal.
  6. Simon calls while they’re being all drunk and high and underage in the back of the car.

Sigh. Stupid people. Last time I go with Mike while he does a good deed. Those girls were dirty.

Anyway, the actual day was fun. We gathered crap for tomorrows’s imminent yard sale and had a barbeque, even though it was ever so slightly too cold. Oh, and Mom bought Star Trek IV on DVD (widescreen director’s edition). Yayness.

At any rate, it’s 12:11 and I have to get up for work in less than seven hours. So I’m off. Bubye.

Simon

hehehe (oops shouldn’t laugh)

sorry to hear you lost your new phone mike… very tragedy. do you have insurance on it?

what were they high on? i can think of nothing worse than little girls drunk + high + giggling. I wouldn’t have driven them, if they were that high they could have walked… you can walk for ages when you’re high and never get tired. Was Mike maybe a bit interested in one of them, is that why he drove em :):):)

i’m bored… it’s such a nice day here today and i have nothing to do. I’ve been invited to a dinnah pardie tonight with some fluffie friends and i just so can’t be bothered… plus i don’t want to get my car dirty… i just washed it coz some people are coming to look at it today and another tomorrow. What shall i do? dinnah pardie or dvd with my sister?

I’ve never seen star trek, i refuse to watch it…

Anthony

Gee Simon I don’t know was mike maybe interested in these dirty drunk suggestionable girls to ask that question we must fist ask the question does marks mom like Jean-Luc Picard because I think the answers are the same a very loud resounding YES!!

Anthony

Fist was supposed to read as first but I missed a key in my typing oops.

Simon

who is Jean-Luc Picard? I thought your Mum was still seeing Joey, Mark???

Simon

wow, check this out… im actually online at 11pm… waaaay past my bedtime. Just watched a movie and now i can’t sleep.

I thought someone would be on but none of you are early risers I see.

Nexxus@CodingRoom

Um, Mike lost his old phone, necessitating the purchase of the new phone.

And Jean-Luc Picard is Captain of the Enterprise in Star Trek: The Next Generation. You’re very funny. :)

Steve

So dirty. Sorry Mike, but your too nice sometimes.

McGee

I would not of drove them! God damn waste of gas. In the old days we walked barefoot through 50 feet of snow!!! These young people these days. They don’t know how good they have it.

Nexxus@CodingRoom

Barefoot? Yeah right. It’s like you’re always wearing socks to match your sweater. :)

I wouldn’t have driven them either. In doing so, Mike because responsible for any misfortunes they may have experienced at the bus terminal. Stupid legal loopholes.

Anthony

I say just kill em all and let whatever greater power they do or don’t believe in sort em’ out

Anthony

but then again I haven’t had my meds today so it could just be my uncontrolable rage typing for me

Simon

Oh then thats ok then… he’s probably glad he lost his phone :)

50 foot of snow is like… 8 people tall? i don’t think so :)

you’re mum is in love with the star trek ship captain? why? i’ll have to have a stern word with her about that.

Simon

oops you’re = your

Castro

Man, you guys are funny to read.

Simon

Mark, which one is Castro? Have i met him/her?

Nexxus@CodingRoom

What meds, Pugsley? Do you mean Pepsi?

You never met Castro, Simon. But you will. And 50 feet of snow is possible. Just ask a Newfie, if you can find one smart enough to talk. :)

Steve

We could probably find 50 feet of snow if we really tried. And John um most of us are older than you. And I don’t remember walking barefoot anywhere.

Simon

oh my god what the hell am i getting myself into?

i have no winter clothes…. no winter shoes, nothing. eeek.

Mark

Don’t worry, we’ll help you buy stuff. Seriously, all you’ll need is a decent pair of boots, a jacket, and a hat (if you’re a pansy like Mike).

They get 50 feet of snow in Newfoundland occasionally. It rains pretty much every second day here so we never get more than 2 or 3 feet at a time. We’re just bugging you.

Simon

phew… i am concerned about my hair… you know how i wear it… i want to be able to do my hair at home and get to work without it icing over and getting wrecked… and i dont want to wear a beanie over my head either.

I also wonder how i get to work in the freezing cold without getting my shirt wrinkled? i assume i’d need to wear a warm jacket of some sort and they crinkle your shirt??? do people get dressed at work or something??

Mark

Sometimes, but it’s not usually that big of a deal.
